
Bibingka
This traditional Filipino dessert is served during the Simbang Gabi or early Christmas mass. Made tastier with Peotraco Rice Flour.
Ingredients
- 100 g Peotraco Rice Flour
- 50 g All Purpose Flour
- 2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 75 g Sugar
- 210 g Water
- 2 pcs Eggs Large
- Topping Optional
- Salted Egg Sliced
- Grated Cheese
- Garnish
- Grated Coconut and Butter/Margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 375-400F
- Mix ingredients until smooth with no visible lumps
- Pour onto prepared bibingka molds topped with salted egg and grated cheese
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done
- Brush with butter or margarine halfway baking time
- Serve hot with grated coconut
