Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

A delicious cookie using Baker’s Choice Cocoa with Sugarlyte Stevia Sugar Blend.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 1 cup 2 tbsp Sugar or 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Sugarlyte
  • ½ cup Peotraco Bakers Choice Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla.
  • Combine dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt). Add.
  • Fold in dark and white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  • Bake at 325°F.
