
Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies
A delicious cookie using Baker’s Choice Cocoa with Sugarlyte Stevia Sugar Blend.
Ingredients
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1 cup 2 tbsp Sugar or 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Sugarlyte
- ½ cup Peotraco Bakers Choice Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
Instructions
- Cream butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt). Add.
- Fold in dark and white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Bake at 325°F.
