Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

A delicious cookie using Baker’s Choice Cocoa with Sugarlyte Stevia Sugar Blend.
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1 cup 2 tbsp Sugar or 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Sugarlyte
- ½ cup Peotraco Bakers Choice Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
Cream butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in egg and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt). Add.
Fold in dark and white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Bake at 325°F.
